Hi Lordmoonpie
I saw these on ebay as well, but was not sure whether to go for it or not.
Do you know if there is a marked improvement over standard?
You must think its worth it to buy one.
Would appreciate any thoughts
Thanks
Keith

Hi Keith,
In basic terms the Ohlins is better than stock yes and if you go to the guys I bought from above they will even set the riot Spring rate for your body weight so you get a personal set up from the outset. You can get other shocks just as good as the Ohlins for example the Maxton rear shock from the UK is easily as good as Ohlins, and fully serviceable, rebuild able and configurable all in the uk. Maxton have years of road race experience and all of their shocks are manufactured in house. I doubt they would be as cheap as the Ohlins above though. In summary, definitely better than stock, set to your weight I guess the question is whether your riding style would appreciate such a cost (not being rude about your ability you understand, just that some riders do not "feel" suspension like others) 😄

Hi Adrian, I may be wrong but I don't think there was a specific set of Ohlins in the mh900e Ducati performance upgrades set but you can use the Paul Smart radial caliper Ohlins as a direct replacement I understand. They will have blue top adjusters but you can get those re anodised if you want authentic looking silver. I don't know the Paul smart Ohlins part number I'm sorry.

I have this number in my notes regarding the MH900e Ohlins forks: FG7382 I got this from an add on ebay stating that these were plug and play and could use the stock calipers, once again I do not know for sure if this is completely accurate.  I am shopping for forks and the ones that Simon posted are from Igor and they do have some blemishes on them.
